Retainers are devices that are worn by patients after their braces have been removed. They keep the teeth in the right position while the jaw continues to grow. This will ensures that the teeth will not continue to shift or move after the orthodontic treatment has been completed. It's important to maintain wearing your retainer, daily, or reoccurring teeth movement can occur; resulting in more orthodontic treatment with braces or Invisalign.
